Remanufactured HP, Dell & Lexmark inkjet cartridges are guaranteed for 6 months from date of sale.
Toner cartridges, compatible cartridges and ribbons are guaranteed for 6 months from date of sale.
Clearance, closeout and discontinued items are not covered by a guaranty.
Stock Items – Store credit will be issued up to 30 days on any unopened returned product purchased from ApexInk.com. 31-60 days unopened product can be returned for credit only with a 25% restocking fee. Unopened product over 60 days will not be accepted for credit.
Special Orders – Special order cartridges will not be accepted for return. Special order is defined as any cartridge not normally stocked. Defective special order product will be handled as all other defective cartridges.
Defective ink cartridges will be accepted up to 1 year from the date of sale. We will replace or credit your account provided it is a ApexInk.com product and is not an empty cartridge. Empty cartridge is determined as any cartridge that is more than 75% empty by weight.
ApexInk.com will provide a return label only for defective products. If a label for defective products is issued and the item is not defective, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the price of the the item and restocking fees will be applied.
All other returns will be on an exchange or credit basis.
All orders ship for a flat fee of $4.99 to the 48 contiguous states. Orders over $49.00 ship free. We do not ship outside of the country at this time. We ship from 6 warehouses located strategically across the US to get our products to you as fast as possible. Our warehouses, from Massachusetts to California, ships your order to your door in generally 1-2 days. Your order may come in separate shipments, depending on the items ordered. We use UPS, Fedex and USPS to handle our packages so you may get a shipment from a combination of these carriers.
