Return Policy
Please call customer service for a RMA# before making a return. All items sold on this site are 100% satisfaction guaranteed for a period of 1 year from date of invoice. We will pay the return freight on defective items. Any cartridge that is less than 75% empty based on weight will not receive credit. All non-defective returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We do not pay freight on non-defective returns. No credit or refund will be issued until the return items are received and processed. Any cartridge that has been abused or tampered with will not receive credit.
